Memorial Plaques

BRONZE MEMORIAL PLAQUE POLICY

The cost for installing a memorial plaque for members is a one-time charge of $1,500.
Due to the limited space available for the individual memorial plaques, this policy is restricted only to members and their immediate family – mother, father, sister, brother, son and daughter.
Plaques will only be installed after the plaque fee has been paid.
A written proof will be provided and must be signed off on by the purchaser prior to the plaque being cast. Correction of errors inadvertently made by OVS or our printer will be at our cost. Correction of errors made by purchaser may be subject to an additional fee.
Plaques will be placed on the Memorial Board in the order in which they are received. Plaques will not be moved once they are placed.
Due to the fact that plaques are individually cast, delivery takes 8 -12 weeks.
Members must be in good-standing to purchase memorial plaques.
